Board of Directors
The WAC Board of Directors are elected annually (in June) at the Annual General Meeting for a two-year term to a maximum of three terms (six years). WAC has up to fifteen Directors including four appointed positions from stakeholder groups. WAC held its last AGM on June 1st 2011 and is pleased to announce the new Board.
