Whistler Street Entertainment presents free, family-friendly events, attractions and performers on weekends from May through September. Whistler Street Entertainment animates the paths of Whistler Village and provides interactive entertainment by performers from the Sea-to-Sky Corridor and touring artists from across Canada. Entertainment includes juggling acts, circus performers, musicians, bike stuntman, dancers and acrobats.
Performer Applications
Whistler Arts Council is seeking performers for the Whistler Street Entertainment program running from May to September 2012. The program will be expanding to feature entertainment from Thursdays through Sundays, so please ensure you specify if your availability is NOT for the entire weekend request.
Most weekends this season will also be themed, therefore specific programming will considered on these weekends and applicants may be approached and asked if they are willing and able to adapt their shows to reflect the themes.
Please fill out the following application form in full. Only those being considered for summer/fall programming will be contacted. All applicants will be kept on file for future reference.
